Here Method to Fix “HP Printer Offline” Error after a Windows 10 Update

Method1 . Reset the Printer

First, reset the printer. The printer settings can be changed back to their previous state by doing this.

  1. Unplug the power cord from the plug socket while the Printer is on. By doing this, the printer will be turned off and the reset process will start.
  • ·   Make sure to use the original cord that was provided with the printer when you first received it.
  • ·   Check the cord for physical damage because this could lead to problems in the future.

  1.   Wait for 10 to 15 Seconds.
  • The printer will remove all of its recent updates and settings.
  • Then reattach the Power Cord into the wall sockets.

  • Before connecting the device, select the required Preferences Settings on the Printer Touch Panel.

  •   Try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer driver and software if the error notice still continues.

Method 2.  Reinstall the HP Printer Software

  1.   Delete the whole HP Printer driver-related material and files from the system.
  2.  Go to your device’s Control Panel.
  • Find the software and drivers for your printer. For a Windows device, select Programs and Features under the Control Panel.
  • Find for the names of the HP printer drivers and software.
  • Select Uninstall after choosing the driver’s name.
  • Remove the entire software from the computer.
  • Go to Systems & Preferences for a MAC device.
  • Next, select Print & Fax.
  • Choose the name of the printer that you wish to remove from the MAC device.

Method-3  Reinstall the Driver and Software After Deleting all the files.

  •   Reinstall the program and printer driver.
  • Put the software and printer driver CD/DVD into the ROM.
  • Activate the Auto Run file
  • To finish installing the driver, accept the terms and conditions and follow the directions.
  • If you don’t have the CD/DVD, you can download the driver file from the manufacturer’s website.
  • To finish installing the driver, launch the Auto Run file you have downloaded and listen to the on-screen directions.
